There are several of you

Planning something on the Opal Coast

A seminar, a stag do, a wedding, a works outing. Tell us what you’re after, and we’ll put you in touch.

Planning something with a group on the Opal Coast?

The date, the number of people, the budget: three lines are enough. We’ll put you in touch with a local organiser, free and with no obligation.

Describe my project

This site’s “What to do” pages are for someone looking for what to do tomorrow, alone or with family. This one is for something else: you have a group, a date and a budget, and you’re looking for someone to take the project on.

We don’t organise anything ourselves. We know the area, the venues and the people who work there — and we put you in touch with those whose trade it is.

The projects

How we make our living

It’s free for you, and here’s why

1

You write to us

The date, the number of people, what you have in mind. Three lines are enough.

2

We reply

With ideas that fit your project, and the contacts who know how to make it happen.

3

You deal with them directly

The quote, the contract and the payment are all with the provider. We don’t get involved in that.

4

We’re paid separately

By the organiser. You pay no more and no less than if you contacted them directly.

Your request doesn’t go to ten providers at once: one project, one point of contact, and you know who it is.

Frequently asked questions

How much does your involvement cost?

Nothing. The introduction is free for you, and the organiser pays us for it. You pay no more and no less than if you contacted them directly.

Do you organise things yourselves?

No, and that’s deliberate. We know the area, not the logistics of a hundred-person seminar or a wedding. We point you towards those whose trade it is, and stick to what we’re good at.

What do you do with my request?

We read it, we reply to you, and we present it to an organiser whose activity matches — with your agreement, and telling you who it is. One project, one point of contact: your request doesn’t go to ten providers at once.

How far in advance should I get started?

A wedding is booked twelve to eighteen months ahead, a residential seminar two to three months, a summer stag or hen do two to three months, a group outing one month. Below that, availability decides the programme.

Your project doesn’t fit any of the boxes above? Write to us anyway — a birthday, a film shoot, a school trip, a family reunion, it’s prepared the same way.
